When someone you love becomes distant…
Relationships don’t always follow the path we expect.
Sometimes distance grows slowly.
Sometimes it happens suddenly.
Sometimes we choose it.
Sometimes it’s chosen for us.
Estrangement can bring grief, relief, guilt, confusion, anger, hope – or several of those feelings all at once. And because people don’t often talk about it, it’s easy to believe you’re the only one navigating it.
You are not alone.
Join Susan Goodkind and Michelle Nichols for a compassionate, practical workshop where you’ll find support, explore new perspectives, and discover tools to help you move forward in a way that aligns with your values.
What We’ll Explore
Together we’ll explore topics such as:
-
Setting and holding healthy boundaries
-
Choosing no contact without guilt or shame
-
Responding when you’ve been cut off
-
Reaching out in ways that protect your wellbeing
-
Finding responses that align with your values, needs, and capacity
Throughout the workshop, Susan and Michelle will share insights from their own experiences navigating estrangement, along with practical tools that have helped both themselves and others.
There will also be opportunities to reflect, ask questions, and share your own experiences (if you want to).
Share as much or as little as feels right for you.
